What is BRACHIAL radiculopathy?? Cervical Spine MRI report, ddd, herniated disks, etc.? - c5 radiculopathy wa

I asked this question last nite, but I can get a response from posters in the morning to ... lol.

I have a couple of herniated discs curved, discs, DDD (degenerative disc disease), DJD (joint), the C6 nerve root.
All of this has a C4-C5, C5-C6 and C6-7.
The report also says: "brachial radiculopathy." Can anyone tell me what that means?
